Andrea Cataneo is a partner in MSK's Corporate & Business Transactions Practice Group in the firm's New York office. She prepares companies for capital raises, structures equity and debt financing transactions, and takes companies public via traditional IPOs, de-SPAC transactions, reverse mergers and through equity crowdfunding. She guides her clients through NASDAQ and NYSE-American listing applications and all related compliance matters, and also serves as underwriter’s counsel in various transactions. Through her extensive relationships in the investment banking community, Andrea offers her clients introductions to targeted sources of capital. For over a decade, she has served on the Board of Directors of the National Investment Banking Association (NIBA) which has amassed over 8,000 active members of bankers, brokers, family offices and high net worth individuals in its 42 year history
